Wet Mountain Animal Welfare - Free Pet Food!
There's a free pet food give away on the second Saturday of every month. It's at the Custer County High School Parking Lot between 10 AM to Noon. We also give out free Pet Food behind the Courthouse, every second Wednesday at 9 AM (the same location where The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) is set up.

EMS Week is May 21-27!
Here at Custer County EMS we have a group of dedicated and hard-working providers who consistently show up for the community and for each other. Whether it's responding to a car accident, aiding someone in distress, or providing vital medical care during critical moments, our EMS employees regularly demonstrate their exceptional skills, compassion, and dedication. They remain calm under pressure and show unwavering support for those in need. We are grateful for the time, energy, and compassion they bring to the job!
NOTICE OF PROPOSED SCHOOL BUDGET
Notice is hereby given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the
Board of Education of Custer County School District C-1 for the fiscal
year beginning July 1, 2023, and has been filed in the business office
where it is available for public inspection. The proposed budget will
be considered for adoption at a Regular meeting of the Board of
Education of said District at Custer County School Library on June 13,
2023 at 4:30 p.m.
Any person paying school taxes in said district may at any time prior to
the final adoption of the budget file or register his objections
thereto.
