​Shane Thomas Huffman pleaded guilty and received a deferred sentence for Speeding 10-19 MPH Over the Posted Speed Limit. Defendant received fines and costs totaling $172.   Other Conditions of Sentence: 12-month deferred sentence.  No traffic violations during deferred period.  All fines and fees must be paid during deferred period.  Court costs are suspended if deferred sentence is completed successfully.  Court costs will be incurred if conviction enters.
 
Bradley James Golden pleaded guilty and received a deferred sentence for Speeding 10-19 MPH Over the Posted Speed Limit. Defendant was ordered to pay $172 in fines and costs.  Other Conditions of Sentence:  12-month deferred sentence.  No traffic violations during deferred period.  All fines and fees must be paid during deferred period.  Court costs are suspended if deferred sentence is completed successfully.  Court costs will be incurred if conviction enters.

Philip K Santana pleaded guilty and was found guilty of Signaling Violation.  Defendant was ordered to pay $103.50 in fines and costs.  ​

​Joseph J Suetos pleaded guilty and was found guilty of Improper Mountain Driving. Defendant was ordered to pay $99.50 in fines and costs. 
 
Larry Dean Horns pleaded Nolo Contendre and received a deferred sentence for Criminal Mischief- $300-$1,000.  Defendant was ordered to pay $432.50 in fines and costs.  Other Conditions of Sentence:  Restitution open for 91-days.  No jail is imposed.  Three months unsupervised probation with conditions of no criminal charges.

22-0820:   Kylie Ruzanski was arrested for DUI.
 22-0819:   Parker Emerson of Florence, CO was issued a ticket for Speeding.
  22-0818:   Brenda McKay of Livingston, TX was issued a Summons for Speeding. 
 22-0817:   Kyle Latona was issued a Summons for No Proof of Insurance.

 22-0822:   Deputies assisted in searching for a missing at- risk adult.
 22-0821:   Herbert Quintanilla Martinez of Lynwood, WA was issued a Speeding Ticket. 
 December 12, 2022
 22-0826:   Deputies investigated a case of Computer Fraud.  A local resident turned over remote access to their computer to a person on the phone claiming to represent a software company, $4,292 in fraudulent transactions were then detected.
 22-0825:   Two unidentified youth used a lost or stolen credit card at a store in Silver Cliff.
  22-0824:   A deputy took a report for identity theft and credit card fraud.
  22-0823:   Melissa Bridges was issued a Speeding Ticket.

 22-0827:   A deputy took a report of stolen mail from a residential mailbox on CR 310.
