Altitude Community Fitness
Latest updates: new classes, pool update, and Merry Christmas!!

Happy Holidays, and let's get ready for the New Year!
12/9: Latest update on the pool situation: The pool suddenly developed a
leak this past Tuesday. So as not to waste propane or water, everything
was shut down until the source of the leak can be identified and fixed.
I will be posting updates on the Altitude Community Fitness FB page as
they are available.

While the pool is unavailable, we are going to offer some chair yoga and
mild chair weight exercise sessions in the pool area, starting Tuesday,
Dec 13 at 0930. Here is the schedule for those classes:

Tuesday, 0930-1030 Desi

Thursday 0930-1030 Desi

Thursday 1145-1245 Cassie

Friday 1015-1115 Desi

If you cannot be in the pool but want to continue to stay active and
gain flexibility and strength, these classes are for you!

Another new wonderful addition to the Altitude Community Fitness family-
we will begin offering community-wide Nutrition classes on Wednesday,
January 11 at 2 pm in the studio at the facility. These classes will be
held monthly on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, and are FREE AND OPEN
TO THE PUBLIC!!! The classes will be led by Darcy Rhodes, whose
qualifications are below. We are very happy to include Darcy and her
knowledge in our offerings. She will also be available to make
individual counseling appointments, similar to our personal training
availability.
